  9. ASCVIEW     is the Copyrighted material of JiffySoft.
  10.         It may be used only in accordance with the conditions that follow:

  12. ASCVIEW     is distributed for evaluation purposes only.

  14. ASCVIEW     is not in the public domain, and it is not free software.

  16.         JiffySoft grants users a license to use this software providing
  17.         that ASCVIEW is not modify in any way, including but not limited to,
  18.         decompiling, disassembling, or any other way of reverse engineering.
